In store we accept cash, credit card, Afterpay and Zip.
Online payments options: Credit Card through Paypal, Direct Deposit, Afterpay and Qoin.
Refunds and Returns
We do not refund, however we will exchange items by arrangement and upon inspection. If shipping is involved we will have a conversation and make arrangements that are fair to both parties.
UnderArt does not offer a repair service on jewellery.
Out of Stock Purchases
Once in a while, very rarely, we sell out of an item in-store at the same that an online order is made for the same item. If this occurs with your online order, we will contact you so that we can offer you an alternative or a refund of your purchase.
